Visiting Student Financial Services

Temple University's Student Financial Services offers the ability to speak with a financial aid professional regarding financial aid and billing concerns.

Virtual and in-person appointments are offered throughout the week. You can schedule an appointment via this link. 

Please note that during peak times, such as the first few weeks of classes and around the billing due dates, availability may be limited due to the increased volume. Please view the Academic Calendar for those dates.

Students and families have the option to call us at 215-204-2244. We will create a Help ticket that will be routed to a financial aid counselor for review.

Please ensure you have the student’s full name & Temple ID (916******) ready. For deposited students, we can only release information to a Ferpa waived contacts.
